Where Online Training Meets Real-World Experience
In 2015, we began working with a few partner schools who were seeing the same crisis: students were graduating but struggling to gain entry-level jobs due to a lack of verified hands-on skills and externship experience. It wasn’t a talent problem — it was an access and verification problem. So we built the bridge between education and employment.
Our Timeline
2015
Identified a national gap with partner schools: graduates lacked verified skills and externship access.
2016
Launched our first Skills Training & Verification Center to assess and sign off competencies.
2017
Following an on-site evaluation by NHCWA, we were approved as a National Testing & Verification Center.
Today
Schools and employers across the U.S. trust us as the bridge that solves an ongoing workforce readiness crisis.
